Sales & Marketing Manager
(Sumatera Barat – Padang)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Market condition continually through market visit or other information from 3rd party
- To process & ensure the proper service of each sales, start from Buy order, Inquiry to delivery control and submission of related invoice & taxation.
- To monitor Distributors’ target achievement as well as its disount of incentive computation
- To monitor Material Availability Date (MAD) of Product, specially not ready stock products
- Follow up complaints and/or feedback from distributors
- To make sales opportunity to direct users (printing, corrugator and the like)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Sales Marketing Capability, Leadership, Interpersonal Skill.
- Preferred skill(s): Microsoft Offices, Powerpoint, Excell.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Preferred language(s): Chinese.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or Others.
