Sales & Marketing Supervisor
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Roles
- To support the whole organization requirement and align the business strategy by delivering the Sales Operation expected value as well as growing our business in automotive (two-wheels and/or four-wheels) transportation services among Indonesia territory.
- Key Responsibility
- Support the business strategic plot process from Sales Operation perspective
- Monitor the Sales Operation, starting from order processing to delivering the services
- Manage the major KPI in Sales Revenue, On Time In Full Delivery, Complaint/Claim
- Build excellent business relationship with Key Account Customers
- Analyze the organization competencies and requirements follow by executing the relevant process including recruitment, development as well as performance appraisal
Requirements:
- Minimum experience 2 years at the same position (Insurance, Retail, Consumer Excellent)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any field
- Having knowledge on automotive industry is an advantage
- Having excellent Analytical Thinking
- Able to work independently as well as strong leadership and communication skill
- Computer literacy is required (MS Office), ability to use excel function (ie. Vlookup, pivot table) is an advantage.
