Sales Supervisor – Cirebon (Code: SSC)
(Jawa Barat – Cirebon)
Responsibilities:
The role:
- Realization of sales plans, objectives and strategies.
- Upgrading best practice in distributor sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver sales and profit targets assigned to distribution area.
- Manage the implementation of an effective promotion plot.
- Help implementation and realization of promotional targets given to regional distributor. Establish a historical activities database, and provide analysis/feedback to ASM highlighting KSF and problems (key learnings).
- Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors.
- Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors.
- Survey regional distributor area coverage plotting to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and help regional distributor in implementing improvements and oversee plot realization.
Requirements:
- University graduate (min. D3).
- Strong area knowledge of Cirebon and Pantai Utara Jawa, with minimum 2 years experience.
- Deep knowledge of retail distribution.
- Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years as supervisor.
- Proven track record of achievements and contribution, as shown in annual performance evaluations/references.
- Computer literate.
- Merchandising, ‘best retailing practice’.
- Verbal and written presentation skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
