Senior NPD MRCI Manager
(Jakarta )
Responsibilities:
- Determines and implements the annual research programe for all product category in Research and Innovation Department
- Manages primary research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, undertaking secondary data analysis as relevant
- Maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of all market research projects
- Translates research into business decisions, providing key insights and advice to management
- Manages and develops 1 or 2 MRCI direct reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Mathematics, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Market Research or equivalent.
- Strong cross product Consumer knowledge
- Able to distil from and Identifies business opportunities
- Mastery of variety of Ad Hoc research
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
