SERVICE OPERATION DEVELOPMENT ANALYST
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Service Operation development
- Service Operation performance review and analysis
- Develop Standard Process and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Service Operation Strategy Development
- Monitor Service Operation Performance
- Support Area management with analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering / Mining
- Fresh graduated is OK, but experienced in Service is preferred
- Brilliant working knowledge of Ms. Excel, Ms. Access and other Microsoft Office Application
- Excellent command in English both orally and writing
- Strong focus on attention to detail
- Strong Analytical Thinking and communication skill
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Willing to be located in all around Trakindo branch
- Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
