Store Manager
(Papua – Jayapura)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day today retail management & such as showing items, Monitoring & Controling stock, boosting sales growoth, shirenkage, sales achivment and other matters related to the store operation area
- Analizing sale by catagory and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profit
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry
- Review current and prior performance and identify performance above below target for mail department
- Dynamic, comunicative, leadership person, problem solving, & dicision, making skills strong analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative in promotions show and events
- Perform competitive analisys and studies on compotitor product & strategies and be in ready position to counter them
Requirements:
- Male
- Age Maximum 40 years Ancient
- Hold Beachelor Degree in any major
- Have experience as store manager in retail supermarket minimum of 3 years
- Having a honest, trustworthy, and noble morality (integrity)
- Targer oriented and familiar with under pressure conditions
- Willing to be placed in Jayapura (Papua)
