Store Manager/Marketing Manager
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya – Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the appearance of stores, product displays, promotion tools, interior cleanliness and maintenance according to the standards determinded by marketing team of head office
- Give input and opinions on interior design of showrooms, especially on product displays
- Establish excellent relationship with landlord, event organizers, other tenant and any parties which may provide positive impact on showroom/event location selection
- Be responsible to analyze sales perfomance as well as profitablity of store
- Prepare annual budget of all store as well as events that related
- Control and be responsible to all expenses incurred in store
- Make and plot sales promotion activities and measures each event perfomance
- Analyse and give proposal of new store expansions in the future
- Maintain and control the discipline of SPGs, upgrade their selling skills, provide high motivation and spirit to sell
- Experience in FMCG (Quick Moving Consumer Goods) is prefered
- Arrange working schedule for all SPGs
- Handle SPGs payroll, overtime and appraisal
- Recruit and train SPGS
- Works in Surabaya
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Female
- Age max 30 years Ancient
- Experience in store manager min. 2 year or supervisor min. 3 year.
- Experience in Skin Care / Beauty Industries min. 2 years
- Hold Beachelor (S1) Degree in any major
- Target oriented and familiar with under pressure conditions
- Able to work in a team, excellent personal relationship skil
- Able to work with computer in MS. Office application
- Dynamic, communicative, leadership person, problem solving, & choice making skills, strong analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skill
- Mastering English (Active & Pasive) in Writing & Speaking
