We invite highly qualified and energetic professionals to fill the following positions:
Event Assistant Manager
(Jakarta- Jakarta Utara-Pluit)
Responsibilities:
- To manage the events process under the direction of the event manager such as;
- Manage event to time and budget.
- Coordinate event rundown and preparation with all team
- Manage invitation process including guest list compilation, guest communication and follow up.
- Ensure the preparation of venue branding and attendance list.
- Help venue management to ensure the relevant facilities and service are made available
- Quality control venues and service through site visits and liasion with relevant venue staff
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Event Management or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
