Responsibilities:
- Analyze & recommend training needs based on company vision & target
- Training sales person about Product Knowledge, Selling Skill, and Public Speaking
- Know training trends and able to modified according to company needs
- Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and / or course materials
- Deliver training with acceptable methods and techniques for all level
- Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
Requirements:
- Male
- Age between 26-32 years of age
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related discipline
- Well groomed with pleasant personality
- Excellent communication skill; able to interact with all levels
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Excellent knowledge in teaching in classroom and outdoor
- Having experience as a excellent speaker
- Excellent understanding in MS office and internet and also Presentation Skill
- Honest, discipline, excellent personality, high loyalty and integrity
- 3 years experiences as a Trainer and instructor (preferred from automotive company)
- Able to work under pressure
