Enterprise Inside Sales Representative
Job Description:
- To provide inside sales support to the named enterprise and mid market customers, complement the Enterprise Account Manager and Mid Market Account Manager to achieve targeted sales revenue and growth goals for the assigned team, and manage the sales funnel and closure reports for the assigned accounts.
- Farm existing accounts for new business on an ongoing basis
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships by continuously harnessing contacts, sponsorships and opportunities within the account.
- Initiate and develop access into new accounts by calling out, making contacts, and mapping the account, finding opportunities and supporting entry strategies for the EAM
- Set meetings within the assigned Named Accounts, manage the EAM’s time to maximize the fighting unit productivity by ensuring optimal engagements with the customers.
- Provide back-office support to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments and engender customer satisfaction.
- Generate quotes and proposals for new and existing business
- Rigorously use reporting tools (e.g. Siebel, Lotus Notes) as the source and archive for all data, actions, commitments, and tracking of business
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering or Science an advantage),
- Must be PC literate, and must have knowledge of local language, business English preferred
- At least 3-4 years account sales/management experience (knowledge of and experience in IT industry a certain plus)
- Proven track record in cold calling
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities, and the aptitude to know and clarify technical information in simple terms
- Strong sales skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive business relationship within the assigned accounts
- Brilliant communication skills – written, presentation and oral, training skills a plus
- Strong time management skills and results orientation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
- Brilliant interpersonal skills
