Direct Selling Supervisor Sumatera Area

Responsibilities:
- Maintanace team direct selling and activation day by day
Requirements:
- Degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level with exposures in distribution management and area monitoring.
- Preferably from telecommunication background.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Possess strong business sense, high integrity, excellent interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate.
- Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker.
- Familiar with pressure of high target environment
